MAURICE JARRE ~ DOCTOR ZHIVAGO SOUNDTRACK

I was 15 the year that the version of Dr. Zhivago he was in came out and went to see it with my parents. I have always adored this film and the music from it too. I bought the LP of the music and played it many times, up in my attic bedroom at the top of the hill above Brighton station.

I just learned that Omar Sharif (who was excellent in the film) died. May he rest in peace.
